The guide was written by Karen Firehock who is adjunct lecturer in the Department of Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia and Executive Director of the Green Infrastructure Center Inc. This guide may be reproduced by anyone and nothing within the guide is copy written. It is requested that credit be given to the University of Virginia and the Green Infrastructure Center Inc.
